Dimitrios is a coffee expert from Greece and Founder of Coldismar exports.
He sets standards for growing, roasting, and brewing premium coffee and cocoa.
Coffee retailers, roasters, producers, farmers and importers, as well as manufacturers of coffee equipment and related products consult him on a daily basis.
He knows the various flavor profiles of Arabica beans, knows the different ways to brew a cup, and knows all the specialty coffee drinks that exist.
He is also an expert on Panela - Sugar cane and Colombian fresh exotic fruits.
Marlene is a Co-Founder and our farm manager .
Plan, direct, coordinate the management and operation of our farms. Hire, train, supervise farm workers and contract for services to carry out the day-to-day activities of the managed operation.
She is responsible for overseeing all the field teams as they progress on various field activities as well as carrying out administrative assignments at the office with the assistance of the Farm's head clerk.
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
