Our Base is at Huila which is famous for the quality of its coffee and is quickly becoming the largest coffee producing region in Colombia.
Huila is naturally blessed with optimal growing geography, the key to great quality products. Coffee farming within the region is on a very small-scale. About 80% of producers from the region farm coffee on less than 3 hectares of land.
Everything from the variety of the plant, the chemistry of the soil, the weather, the amount of rainfall and sunshine, and even the precise altitude at which the tree grows can affect the taste of the final product.
